In the controlled fixture, the same localized button was asserted against its container and the 390px viewport. Desktop passed; mobile returned HOLD with measured overflow evidence.

Observed

Hangul input round-trip and Korean sandbox checkout readback passed on both viewports. The mobile layout unit failed the deterministic no-overflow assertion, so the overall report returned HOLD.

What this does not prove

This is a deliberately seeded local fixture, not a customer app, market demand, human linguistic signoff, security audit, or payment-provider certification. It demonstrates the proposed evidence format only.
