The same localized control was asserted against its container and the 390px viewport. Desktop passed; mobile returned HOLD with measured overflow evidence.
Observed
Hangul Unicode value/readback and Korean locale readback passed on both viewports. The mobile layout unit failed the deterministic no-overflow assertion, so the overall report returned HOLD.
What this does not prove
This is a deliberately seeded local fixture, not a customer app, real operating-system IME composition test, human linguistic signoff, security audit, market demand, or payment certification.
